Further information

Play and Creative Arts Therapy is a non-directive therapeutic way in which to work with young children, adolescents and adults. Through various creative mediums such as sand, clay, music and paint, you can explore emotional, social and behavioural challenges and work towards a resolution. I work both in schools and in private practice and offer individual and group sessions.

I work with parents in a coaching capacity to support with parenting challenges and concerns. I am an accredited Parent Child Attachment Play (PCAP) practitioner.

I am a committed, empathetic and passionate coach. Through supportive yet challenging conversations and use of a wide variety of psychological models and theory and creative approaches, I encourage self-awareness, explore choices and support the development of new practices to help people overcome challenges and develop both personally and professionally. I work both online and from my private practice.

I am a coach supervisor and clinical supervisor. I am committed to working with others to co-create a reflective space in which deep personal and professional reflection can happen. I bring care, compassion, courage and challenge to the work that I do. Through my own experience, I have developed huge passion for this work. I have a particular interest in working creatively. I work with individuals and groups online or in person.
