GENERAL

These Website Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. 

These Terms, as updated by us from time to time, are the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein.
