Jessica Di Mascio
About Jessica
I am an Integrative Child & Adolescent Counsellor and EMDR Therapist.
I have over 10 years experience working with young people and parents in schools and charities across Bromley and North Kent. As an Integrative Counsellor I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities which are tailored to meet the individual needs of each child I work with, incorporating play and artwork - a child's natural means of emotional expression. I offer a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Further information
EMDR:
Sometimes when a difficult or traumatic event has occurred, the brain's natural processing systems can become stuck, leading to symptoms of distress which can feel overwhelming and disabling.
EMDR is a psychological therapy which directly targets traumatic thoughts and memories using bilateral stimulation, bringing relief and healing from past events.
