About Helen

I have worked in the fields of social care and mental health for over 35 years, starting my career at grass roots level as a residential carer for adults with learning disabilities and children and young people looked after. Working in statutory services and the 3rd sector I returned to study and gained an MA in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy in 2002. I am registered with UKCP as a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor.

My space

Further information

I am based on the Isle of Man, where I have my own practice and therapeutic space and when commissioned I do travel to the UK for work. I offer face to face, zoom or hybrid psychotherapy , clinical supervision, professional consultation and reflective practice. I have experience of working with groups and individuals. I also offer training sessions which I prefer to deliver face to face.
I have significant experience of working in organizations to change cultural and develop services, working at all levels. I am very comfortable working in multidisciplinary and multiagency areas.
