Cath trained as a Theoretically Integrated Psychotherapist working with children and young people of all ages. She uses a synthesised approach called Interpersonal Neurobiology and works alongside many organisations and situations to help adults, professionals and parents with their children and young people too. She is a gaming therapist and uses technology in therapy to elicit healing, post trauma growth and flow and uses biofeedback, VR and other tech for this.

She is a trained Engineer, IT specialist and Child/Adolescent psychotherapist all in one. She also trained as a Functional Health Practitioner and uses testing, such as DNA Life or FxMed (functional medicine) tests to assess and work with issues that can affect physical health as well as the emotional and psychological.

She is a leading expert and specialist on technology and healthy development in children and young people. (she is also a podcaster, blogger, E-safety professional and doing her PhD alongside writing another book or two as well as being an advisor to Gamers Beat Cancer) She also has blue hair and tattoos and is an epic BeatSabre player, well okay maybe not epic but it is one of her favourite games.
