Further information

THERAPY
Play and Creative Arts Therapy is a person-led method of working with children and adolescents who have social, emotional, and/or behavioral difficulties. Most children don’t have the words to talk about their experiences; however; they can express themselves and show their feelings using the language of play. For adolescents, a combination of creativity and talking is used to aid expression.

With the use of mediums such as art, clay, sand, or music, and a safe, confidential space; the child or young person can creatively explore their inner world and work towards a resolution.

I work both in schools and privately on a one-to-one basis in North West London.

SUPERVISION
Supervision provides professionals the opportunity to reflect on themselves, their clients, and their practice. Its purpose is to encourage and support personal and professional growth and understanding through reflective practice.

During my supervision sessions, you’ll have the time and space to reflect on your work, address current challenges, and improve your collaborative approach with support. You’ll gain new perspectives and ideas, and have the chance to develop personally in a creative, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment.
I aim to ask questions to promote self-supervision outside of sessions, enabling you to grow in your careers and become the best professional you can be.

I am a trainee clinical supervisor. My sessions are face-to-face in Mill Hill or Dunstable.
