Further information

I use different therapeutic approaches depending on the stage of life that the issues began to arise and according to what is currently happening for you right now and the therapy I offer is tailor made. I hold the belief that with the right support we all have the capacity to change and to reach our full potential.

I offer short term solution focused therapy as well as long term open ended counselling and this can be discussed and then reviewed throughout the work together.
